Keyword Manager is similar to Keyword Metrics. Keyword Manager has additional features like :

Using Keywords in PPC and SEO Campaigns,

The right side will have ‘Update Metrics’ and ‘Export columns’

Update Metrics by clicking on this column and update your keyword.
